Our Teachers are KEY to the Overall Success of our Program!

CMCLC’s mission is to employ teachers who are not only experienced in childcare, but come to work ready to teach with a smile, have a positive attitude, enjoy working with children, and always give children tools to succeed. We know that our teacher’s drive to enrich children is the key to our success. Our teaching team has experience, knowledge, and background in child care, in managing the daily demands of a classroom, and in interacting/teaching children. They are screened and have the appropriate training/experience as required by the State of MD, Childcare Licensing Division.

Our teachers must be able to carry out the philosophy and the strategy of the company. CMCLC trains each employee on conduct and behavior in working in a childcare center. Our new team members are always introduced to our parents and trained by a more experienced teacher, prior to managing their own classroom. We treat each employee with respect and cherish the value they bring to the company. We offer a fun and energetic place to work so our teachers are happy and motivated to teach and encourage our children. We offer a range of benefits and incentives to retain the GREAT teachers we have hired, so stability is provided to the children and families of our center.

The teachers are hired based on their current training and background and while employed at the center must continue to enhance their training and stay on top of the industry changes and children’s daily needs. This provides children and families the assurance the teaching team are able to tackle the changes, and daily demands they face in the classroom with new techniques, tools, and activities for the success of each child.
